Baby Steps

If you’re having trouble with money, I highly encourage you to look into Dave Ramsey’s “baby steps.”

If you’re living paycheck to paycheck, barely making ends meet, and just hoping that unexpected bills don’t come up because you can’t afford them, this program is for you.

If you have any credit card debt, this program is for you.

If you want a better financial future and want to start building your wealth, this program is for you.

Check out the below link and don’t procrastinate. This is important. Read this, make a plan, and put it into action. It will be hard to follow at first, but it will only get easier with time.

Focus your attention

Focus your attention on the effort you give, not the result that comes of it.

Don’t focus on other people’s successes. Focus on achieving your own goals and making yourself successful. This isn’t only monetarily speaking…what are you doing today to build yourself into being a better spouse, a better parent, a better friend, or a better employee/employer? Don’t be stagnant. Don’t be envious. Work on yourself.

Willful Ignorance

“A person who won’t read has no advantage over one who can’t read.” – Mark Twain

Choosing not to read is exactly that – a choice. If you do not read to sharpen your mind, it will become like a dull, rusty blade. It won’t be as effective as it should be when you need it most.

Even if you have the ability to improve your mind, but don’t do anything about it, you will be no better than those who are unable to read at all.

Forgiveness

Leave the bitterness behind you or you will never be free. Don’t hold grudges. Why are you choosing to be unhappy about something that has already happened, something that you can’t change? Forgive others and forgive yourself to set yourself free.
